Important registration notes

1. Refunds are not permitted after payment. However, we accept arrangements for delegate replacements.

2. Most visitors require a visa to enter China. Please make sure to contact the relevant authorities in your country well in advance to apply. If you need an invitation letter, please indicate it when sending us the registration form.

3. The deadline for online registration and payment options for single-day delegates is October 12th, 2023. Please remit the payment to the designated bank account by the specified deadline.

4. Delegates are responsible for covering all expenses related to accommodation, travel, and tourist activities.
